Wow! I wish there was a website like this available for me last year when I was planning my wedding. It would have saved me so much time and energy!
More than anything, I would say to pick your venue as early as possible so that you can adjust your guestlist accordingly. Once that is done, the details can follow as you plan away. The venue will set the mood, ambiance and style of your wedding, so pick carefully. This website should definitely help with that process.
Beyond that, just enjoy!!! The wedding will be over in the blink of an eye, so be sure to make happy memories along the way that you can think back on and smile

Here’s an idea – try to avoid telling your vendors that your purchases are for a wedding. You can often save a bunch just like that! Also, try alternative “non wedding” sources for your purchases. For example, did you know that Safeway bakes wedding cakes? You can buy flowers at the supermarket for much cheaper too!
My own wedding is still coming up. I’ll write back and let you know how it goes though!

Great point Amy! We purchased our wedding cake from Safeway and it was very nicely presented and tasted delicious! We just had a piece on our one year anniversary and I can tell you that it certainly keeps well! We bought our flowers from 99 nursery in Surrey. They gave us a great deal.

What a fabulous site! A terrific idea and a resource that will fill a much needed void online.
I planned my wedding last summer, and only wish a site as resourceful as this was up back then.
